In Via Cavour, a stairway leads to Via delle Sette Sale and immediately after to the church of S. Pietro in Vincoli, famous for the statue of ‘Moses’ by Michelangelo that it accommodates inside the mausoleum Giulio II. Once outside, you can continue along the Via Eudossiana to reach the Coliseum. Well served by all means of public transport, one can find a number of tram, bus and metro stops in this area (Termini, Repubblica-Teatro dell’Opera, Vittorio Emanuele and Cavour), that lead to roughly every part of the city.
