Milan apartment prices and reservations

Prices of our Milan apartments generally depend on the size, location and overall characteristics and special features of each accommodation. As each one of our apartments in Milan is available for rent from a minimum of only 3 days, to several months, up to over a year, length of stays are customized as required, and prices are also quoted according to the duration of a rental: the longer the stay in our Milan apartment, the lower its daily price.

Just a few simple steps to reserve:

1) select the apartment which best suits your needs: write to us or call us @ +39 02 898271 for personalised assistance from one of our experts, once we know your preferences we will send you our best offer within 48 business hours

2) an e-mail will be sent to you, guiding through the booking process, and in less than 5 minutes you will have our rental contract in your hands, and a booking confirmation as soon as you select your means of payment for the booking fee (down payment)

3) about 1 week prior to your arrival in the apartment you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental (or of the first month’s rent) and the cautionary deposit (equal to € 300 for rents up to 15 days, and € 1000 for rents over 15 days) – a simple process easily done online thanks to a link we send you, complete with prompting guidelines during your procedure

4) prior to your arrival you will receive all the necessary information on how to reach your apartment, and the contact information of the person from our Team who will personally meet you there to hand you your keys and show you into your new Milan home
