Extra services available to our Milan customers

To help make your stay more comfortable and relaxing, we provide a series of extra services available during your stay in our apartments:

• Internet key: offers the possibility to surf on the web with a mobile line; you just have to plug the Vodafone internet key into your lap top, and you can access the internet from anywhere in Italy. To receive your internet key, which includes 15 Gigabytes per month, please ask your personal account manager when reserving your apartment, or at any moment during your stay.
  Cost per month: 60 Euro
• Internet line: for stays of at least 3 months, wi-fi high speed lines may be installed in our apartments, with unlimited internet access. Our staff will help you find the best solution for your needs, and will handle the entire procedures (request, installation, problem solving and contract termination).   Cost: 120 Euro set up fee.
• Sim/mobile rental: our partner PicCell Wireless provides mobile phones and/or SIM cards with competitive local calling rates for several countries. The one time processing fee is just $17.50 for the SIM card rental and $39.90 for mobile + SIM card rental. The order can be made online prior to your arrival or after you settle into our apartment, and among the different delivery options, you may even choose to have your package sent to our offices for you to pick up at your leisure (via Conca del Naviglio 18, Milano 20123). • Cleaning service: our company offers daily, weekly, monthly or on request apartment cleaning (with or without change of linens). The service – available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm - is managed and guaranteed by our staff. For more information about fares or to book your cleaning, please contact our office at +39 02.898271 at least 2 days in advance.
• Baby cots: babies are always welcome in our apartments. If you whish to have a baby cot in the apartment (at no extra fee), please mention it to your account manager during your reservation.
• Laundry services: our partner Lavaonline offers a laundry/taylor service with delivery. Specific for our guests, a 10% discount will be applied by specifying the code provided by us during your reservation. For further information, please contact Lavaonline directly at: +39 02.36.56.08.56
• SPA: our company offers you entry tickets at TermeMilano (www.termemilano.com), the biggest and finest spa in Milan, with a 15% discount. Tickets include full access to the thermal areas and the light buffet, and a courtesy kit per person (bathrobe, towels, slippers, shampoo and body lotion).
