We had a wonderful time in Rome. The apartment was just excellent - everything was very convenient and we felt ourself very comfortable. Riccardo was vary helpfull too. Also, Nino was helping to find a shuttle-bus.
We were delightfull with apartment location - walk to Vatican, Piazza Navona, Panteon, S. Angelo. Lots of trattorias, pizzerias, restorans - very convenient.
Now, we're planning another visit to Rome, may be in October - November. So I browsed your website. However, I couldn't get rates. Can you remind me how to do that.

"The apartment was exactly as described. We didn't find it noisy at all. Rue Saint Honore turns into a one-way street just at the corner, so traffic is limited. Very close to absolutely everything! We stayed for one week with 2 adults and 2 teens and everything was great. The 3 flights of stairs were challenging with all of our luggage, and the entrance to the building + staircase is a little dingy and dirty, but again, the apartment was great! I would recommend it."

"Clean & modern accommodation in the heart of an ancient city

We had a great stay at this clean and bright apartment right in the heart of Bologna. Despite that the building is 1,500 years old (so we were told), the apartment is completely modernized and has been renovated to a comfortable accommodation with updated facilities.
Simone, the staff from Halldis, has been friendly and very helpful. On our first night in the apartment, the lights went out completely and we had to dine in the dark. After a few phone calls with the staff, the problem was not solved. So Simone came over right away and helped to bring the light back to us, even though it's 10 at night.
Highly recommended!"

We look for halldis apartments when ever we travel. Great staff, great apartments and always in great locations! This apartment has two bathrooms which is unheard of for a one bedroom. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated."

"Prime location, excellent service, good comfortable apartment

You can't beat the location, which is central to everything in Paris - right next to the Louvre, the metro, a well-supplied taxi center, great bakeries, shopping etc, and from here you can move equally as fast to the Marais, the St. Germain, or the arc de Triumph areas for example. Halldis is an excellent company that fairly represented what they were going to do for us - and did it. They were reliable, courteous, and helpful in every way. The apartment itself is great for two people. The pull out for additional people is fine, but then privacy issues may come up. It was clean and well stocked with most things you will need. The major two deficiencies: not great reading light at night time, and the coffee press is only large enough for one person - easy to fix."

"For traveling with 2 years baby good choice.

It was nice apartment! With everything you need. Maybe a bit loud as we are not used to sleep next to the road. And not lot's of sound isolation between rooms. Apartment is big anough and has lot's of space. 5 min to the park 2 min to metro, 2 min to supermarket. As we traveled with 2 years baby we were very happy as everything was close and apartment was very comfortable."

We received great service by all the staff I dealt with from Halldis, from the booking process to the check-in and check-out. Every of my questions, requests etc. was answered very quickly and efficiently and Marija really tried her best to find an apartement for us that suited our needs. We are a family of four with two teenagers who wanted enough space and a close location to Termini as we arrived by train from Venice. Nino was there on time to hand over the keys and explain the apartment and paperwork and gave us good tips what to do and where to go when he asked him questions. The apartment was in a very easy to get to location from the train station, not too far away from the underground and also very convenient to walk to most points of interest. There were also two supermarkets close - one at the train startion and an even better one in the next street. There were all the necessary dishes and pots and so on in the kitchen. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were fine. There was also a small washingmachine which was very useful.
Some appliances were connected a bit 'strange', may be not to the australian standard of safety but we managed. So, all in all we found it very good and it worked very well for our family and for what we needed."

"Lovely apartment in a lovely location!

Our stay couldn't have been better! Location is wonderful...walking distance from the louvre, musee d'orsay, musee de l'orangerie, l'opera; and in the heart of the Japanese district, so wonderful sushi, ramen, and other Japanese restaurants just around the corner in addition to easy access within two blocks of fine French and other ethic cuisine restaurants. There is a fine bistro directly across the street as well as a Mono Prix department store with grocery and numerous bakeries within two minutes walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and relaxing. The staff with hallidis is impressive...Marco was fantastic...accommodating, patient and very helpful. An additional plus is the apartment is toes away from both the metro and bus lines. Super easy location to base your Paris holiday at such a reasonable, relaxing and homey apartment in a historic building that isn't perfect but definately is clean and has charming character. Will definately stay here again...fantastic value for the price! Stayed here with my elderly mother and 10 year old niece...and we all three loved our time at 22 avenue de l'opera!"

Thank you for your email and we want you to know that we had a wonderful time in Venice! The beautiful Venice Canal Apartment was very comfortable and clean (and large!) and the location was very convenient. We were sorry to have to leave! We would like to make a suggestion and that is that you equip the kitchen with a coffee pot. We didn't cook in the apartment but we did miss our coffee in the mornings! We had some instant coffee but that just wasn't the same. But that was just a small inconvenience and otherwise we enjoyed the apartment and we loved our stay in Venice!

Thank you for being so pleasant when you had to wait for us because we got off at the wrong vaporetto stop and you were very helpful when we couldn't get the key to work in the door of the apartment. You answered my call promptly and sent someone to help quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience dealing with Halldis. Thank you!

"Magical location

Our stay in the apartment was amazing and Giuseppe our rep was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was great just a few hundred metres from the Eiffel Tower and with a great view from our apartment windows. The Metro station is just down the road and the hop on hop off bus stop is right near the Eiffel Tower too which was very handy. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the pull down bed was very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay in the apartment and we would certainly use this company again for holiday accommodation."

the flat was shapes in our wait, and we where satsified. We had a very nice stay. The neighbourhood was enlivened, but at Venizia every district is charming. Venezia is Venezia , a particoular city in the world.

The apartment is nicely located near St Peter basilique, it is clean, comfortable and has all utilities and appliences, including Wifi. It its proximity one can find good restaurants and a Carrefour. It is best suited for small groups who are not afraid of the 10-15 minute walk to the subway.
Good overall experience!"

This is at least the third time I rent this appartment. I think it is the best location in Paris. Halldis people very friendly and make your stay very pleasant. I will of course rent it again in my next stay in Paris, but then again it is very comfortable for only one person.

Мне очень понравились апартаменты - удобно расположены, тихо, чисто, нет никаких неприятных запахов, удобные кровати, хорошее постельное белье и полотенца, есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности. При этом очень разумная стоимость, отличное соотношение цены и качества. Приятно было что компания Halldis позаботились о своих клиентах - на кухне стояла коробка с двумя бутылками воды, пачкой макарон, соусом, чаем, кофе, сахаром и солью. "I would like to make a commendation. I stayed in Via caltagirone #15 from October19 to 29. everything was very good. Ricardo your representative is fluent in english, i had no problem communicating with him. and very punctual too. the place is nice, clean, orderly. the neighborhood is very pleasant with a supermarket (Despar)close by. I did not encounter any problem in my stay in this property, our group is well pleased. next time im in europe is shall always keep halldis in mind."

Fuimos atendidas correctamente en la hora pactada, nos dieron una caja de bienvenida con lo basico para una cena. La persona ha sido muy amable y cordial.
El depto contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar varios dias, desde lavarropas, plancha y obviamente los utensilios necesarios de una cocina. Fue como estar en tu propia casa.
La ubicación excelente, ya que la zona es muy tranquila, a una cuadra de via Venetto. De la cual podíamos acceder a pocas cuadras al metro de la estación Piazza Spagna.
También fueron puntuales al hacer el ckeck out ya que para nosotros era fundamental ya que debíamos tomar un tren por la mañana temprano.

Ho affittato l'appartamento dal 10 al 19 settembre 2012. L'appartamento rispecchia le fotografie presenti nel sito di Halldis, anche se è un po' più piccolo di quello che sembra, ma la vista sulla torre Eiffel è veramente molto suggestiva. Sono a disposizione tutte le attrezzatura necessarie anche per un soggiorno medio-lungo. Inoltre è disponibile una connessione internet wi-fi e la possibilità di utilizzare il telefono dell'appartamento per le chiamate ai numeri fissi di tutta Europa. La posizione dell'appartamento lo rende molto comodo per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici: la fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa e la stazione del metro Ecole Militare è raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso con numerosi negozi di generi alimentari e tre supermercati; poco distante anche dal mercato di Rue Cler.
Facilità nel check-in e nel check-out. Disponibilità, cordialità e puntualità del personale del team Paris di Halldis."

The appartement lies in Trastevere, very nice region of Rome and it's a really nice appartement for 2 persons.
Everything of Rome is near, we walked much of the time.
Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud, one watched TV or listened to the radio the whole day.
But we would come back, because during the day we weren't there."

A cosy apartment on the 5th floor, serviced by lift to the 4th floor, a well serviced kitchen, bathroom was fine, but a large person would not fit through shower door. Fascinating views of rooftops, no immediate access to the internet, but staff were fantastic in making it happen. Top position for galleries, food etc 2 minutes from the Seine. A very pleasant and romantic experience"

The place is very nice and situated on excellent location. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, all kind of transportation, parks, tourist attractions, everything is in walking distance with a nice view. Nos quedamos con mi mamá en este departamento un poco mas de una semana. Si bien es un poco más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos es totalmente recomendable. La zona es muy linda y segura. Está a pasos de la torre, hay muchos supermercados y tiendas cerca. El departamento estaba muy limpio y la persona que nos recibió (Alessandro) muy amable. This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, just off the cuisine heaven that is Rue Montorgueil in the 2nd arrondissement. It is close to 2 metro stations & an easy walk to the Louvre. It is a very big apartment by Paris standards, and with a huge bedroom and a big sofa bed, was the perfect choice for my friend & me on our recent trip to Paris. Marco, Alessandro & Giuseppe from Halldis were all very easy to deal with & made everything easy for us. The building is very secure and quiet, and the Wifi worked very well."

"A perfect, quiet spot in busy Milan.

This very updated,clean apt. was the perfect spot for us...two couples touring together. It was very comfortable with two bedrooms and restrooms. The kitchen is very well appointed, so "cooking in" becomes an easy option.
The apt.is impressively quiet and within easy walking distance to the Duomo and other centrally located sights.
Check-in and check-out was convenient but be aware of the their indicated times because you will pay E20 when you fall outside the list of appropriate times. Regardless, the check-in, check-out personnel were very helpful and punctual!!!"

This apartment was great, close to everything and was typically Italian. Our welcome person was late but we did not worry too much. The doorman helped us out and our boys were able to play footy in the carpark below. All in all a great spot and plenty of room for 5."

I was extremely impressed with Halldis service and want to thank them for making my experience better than expected. My fiance and I stayed here for a week in august with another couple. It was perfect! Great location, clean, nicely decorated. The laundry was a huge plus! And great to have 2 bathrooms! The apt. is above a really great restaurant, which is a plus! Close to metro and walkable to several sites. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Had a wonderful stay in Paris and enjoyed the spacious, well located flat a lot. Gave us the opportunity to rest in the appartement during the day and than continue our sightseeing trip. The velo rental station, parking garage and supermarket right next door made our life there very comfortable. Great location, but also located on a big street which means that when all windows are open it is a bit noisy. At the same time many tourist attractions and restaurants are within walking distance."

Thank you for welcoming us at our arrival at Venezia.
All of my family are fully satisfied at the apartment.
The brand-new facilities and air-conditioned rooms offered us relaxed time.

We walked around the town, enjoying fresh vegetables and fishes at the market.
We also enjoyed the baroque music.
Well, we feel proud that young Japanese jazz pianist Hitomi has a concert at the Goldoni theater.

Venezia become one of the most favorite town for our family.

The only problem, a very small one, is that one of the coffee makers in the apartment did not work well. Fortunately another one worked so-so.
If you have a chance, please confirm it for your future customer.

Je tenais effectivement vous faire un retour sur la location de cet appartement code 2155 GHETTO CANAL VIEW à Venise et au service rendu. L'environnement de l'appartement "Le Ghetto Juif" nous a ravi par sa quiétude et par sa situation. En effet, nous étions au calme tout en étant très proche des rues commerçantes. Le "gondoliere" Luca +393405116063 sur le pont (le brun, pas le blond) est quelqu'un que nous recommandons, il nous a fait découvrir Venise de l’intérieur avec une réelle passion, je pense que vous pouvez laisser un petit mot pour les autres touristes de passage dans cet appartement. Pour ce qui est de la pizzeria face à l'entrée, nous avons été déçus par le manque de sympathie des serveurs et par la qualité de la pizza, nous n'y sommes pas retournés !
L'appartement ? Fidèle à ce que nous avions vu sur le site, propre, en bon état et silencieux, la qualité du couchage était aussi au rendez-vous.

En conclusion, c'était notre premier voyage à Venise et c'était également la première fois que nous utilisions Halldis et nous avons été très satisfaits sur les deux tableaux, merci pour votre professionnalisme qui nous a donné envie de recommencer d'autres aventures avec Halldis dans d'autres endroits de la planète.Merci également à Dorothée Genovese qui à nous repondu rapidement aux mails et par téléphone avant notre départ.

We were warmly greeted by Giovanni Longobardi, who helped us settle in giving great advice while remaining in touch when we needed help. The apartment was very comfortable and situated in an excellent location close to many attractions. There were numerous dining options with two restaurants virtually at the front door and many others nearby. It had a very large living area but the second bedroom is small. The only downside was we had problems with the hot water which although annoying would not stop us staying here again."

The place was well connected to the metro and close to the river by feet. It's a very small appartment, maybe too small for the four of us, but it had all the things we needed. Our Halldis host was really nice and patient, since we got lost the day of arrival. She could talk in three languages, so there was no problem with comunication. She was always ready to help us with the minor problems we had (no batteries and a leak of water in the bathroom) and connected with us by phone. We enjoyed our visit."

We spent a magical month in Paris, and this apartment was a big part of why it was so special: Dripping with charm, and in an
awesome neighborhood. You have to watch your head in the loft, but it's worth it for the extra sleeping accommodations - rare in Paris.

Our family of five recently stayed in the apartment at 156 Rue Charlot. We were met by the charming Halldis representative,
Allesandro, who was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some good local tips. The apartment was small, but clean and very
well-equipped with everything we needed. A little quirky (as you might expect in an old building) - the floor slopes slightly so it felt a bit
like being on a boat, and the upstairs sleeping area was great for the kids but would be tight for adults. The location was brilliant -
surrounded by fabulous shops and galleries and walking distance to many sights. We loved every minute of our stay. Be aware,
however, that being on the fourth floor there is a steep climb to the apartment (86 steps!) and no lift. This didn't bother us, but could be
a problem for some. I'd be back in a heartbeat."

Our family of five stayed in this lovely apartment. It is perfectly situated close to Pont Neuf, so many of Paris' museums and attractions
are within walking distance. The apartment is in an interesting building and while the building is on a very busy street, the apartment

"Great location and all the facilities we needed.

We were very happy with the service from Halldis. We were picked up from the airport on time and met at our apartment. The
apartment had all the facilities we needed and was in a really great location. It was very small but we did have everything we needed.
The apartment had 2 little balconies and it looked out onto lovely Parisian apartments. There were plenty of bakeries, shops and
cafes just a short walk away and the apartment is really well located to visit the Louvre."

El apartamento ha estado reformado recientemente y su estado de conservación y limpieza es muy bueno. Para las tres personas
que nos alojamos durante cinco noches resultó muy cómodo en todos los aspectos.
El aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación de matrimonio ayudó a superar confortablemente el calor del mes de julio en
Roma. La única pega que podemos reseñar es la de la cocina, pues es muy pequeña, no dispone de extractor de humos y no existe

"Our home away from home.

After a long search for a place to stay we stumbled across this listing through Trip advisor, we were given the link after yet another
apartment was unavailable during our selected dates. I had never heard of Halldis and was unsure of their company. Any fears we
had were erased at check in. We were met by Marco after traveling all day. He was pleasant and kind and showed us to our home for
the next 10 days. He explained all the details we needed and was so sweet with our young daughter.

The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. The bed was comfortable, the pull out couch was huge and surprisingly
comfy. My eight year old slept like a rock all night, every night. The shower was amazing, plenty of hot water all the time. The towel
warmer was addicting, the electric toilet was a little strange at first but we got used to it.

The kitchen was perfect and we fell in love with the Nespresso machine (you can buy pods at any of the nearby markets). We enjoyed
fresh croissants and pastries from the pâtisserie down the street every morning as we plotted our days.

Plenty of things to do in this neighborhood, the Bastille Metro stop is minutes away. In fact we took the train to the apartment from
CDG.

I had never used a vacation rental before, I usually prefer hotels. I can say now that I will always use a vacation rental if I can and I will
certainly book this one again the next time we go to Paris (and there will be a next time, Paris is incredible!)

The only issue we had was there was only a washer (it says that on the info, I didn't check) and the wifi. Only one person could use it
at a time. This was a great reason for me to stay offline, which made me enjoy Paris even more. We let them know when we checked
out. I can't remember the name of the guy who checked us out, but he was wonderful as well.

We were all sad the day we walked out of "our" apartment and cannot wait to visit it again. Please do not hesitate to choose this rental!"

"Great location and friendly staff!

Nino was a great manager for the place! I stayed for a month at this apartment and loved it. It is small, but perfect for 1-2 people. Any
more would probably be too cramped. It is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station (Lepanto), which gets you cheaply
right into the city. If you prefer to walk, it is only about 25 minutes to the center of town, just make sure to have a good map. It is also
close to a nice shopping area (Via cola di Rienzo), with a grocery store (supermercado). The restaurant (Al Palazzaccio) right below
the apartment has great affordable food. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Vatican and Castel San angelo."

"Cool apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and appreciated Halldis professionalism as well as prompt responses. They made
the process of renting an apartment from the USa incredibly easy. We were met promptly both when we checked into the apartment and
when we checked out. They even provided us with (2) sets of keys as requested. The apartment was completely perfect for our stay
though we did not really do any cooking or entertaining. Plus the apartment came with a DVD player and Dvds in zone 2 which we
greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and well lit with natural light from the courtyard. The only negative was that the courtyard
could get loud at night from the other residence and a couple of times there were loud parties until 3am in the morning. Sleeping with
my headphones on with ambient music mostly drowned it out. This may have been a out of the ordinary experience of noise but be
prepared that you are in tight quarters sharing a courtyard with many residence. Since I do not speak French, it was best to just put the
headphones on. Great location close to fabulous restaurants, bakeries, cheeseshops, chocolate shops, etc not to mention the
Tuileries, Louvre and Orsay Museum."

the apartment location was beyond our expectations, just in the headrt of Saint Germain des Pres but away from the noize and chaos
also very close to Seine for running and other. There is a bicycle station righe in the street, super convenient. The Halldis staff helped

Great location, right next to Ile de la Cite. Despite the fact the entrance is on a busy street, the apartment is located deep inside the
building, facing the inner courtyard. It is absolutely quiet. Apartment was as described by the pictures and text. We had 2 adults and
our 2 children (ages 11, 14) and apartment worked well. Tv, internet worked well. Halldis representative was great, easily accessible,
prompt in meeting us. Apartment is reasonably furnished. Halldis rep was also very fair, as the prior renter accidentally broke a piece
of furniture and Halldis discounted the price appropriately."

This apartment is in one of the best locations in Paris you can think of. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, as well as,
supermarkets, coffee shops, stores. In addition, the Bastille transportation hub is just 3-5min walk, where you can take the hop-on-
hop-off sightseeing open-deck bus.

The apartment is clean and equipped with all necessities for a comfortable life away from home (wash machine included, yet no
dryer). We needed the pull out couch for our young children, but I would recommend the apartment for a single person or a couple
simply for convenience; otherwise, the place is perfectly suitable for a family, as well.

The check in and check out were flawless. The company agent, Alessandro, was extremely flexible and accommodating to our arrival
schedule. He was very helpful with all kinds of information, including suggestions for a nearby restaurants. Thanks to him, we had the

We stayed in this apartment for almost 6 weeks and found it very comfortable and convenient. The shopping strips on Corso Vercelli
and near Wagner are very close by. Public transport on the Trams and Metro are nearby. Services like an english speaking Doctor are
within 5 minutes walk. A small supermarket and fruit & vegetable vendor are 30 seconds away. The parking garage is 2 minuted

The apartment itself was comfortably furnished, albeit nothing extravagant. Certainly more comfortable than a hotel. "My husband and I (late 50's) stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. We were able to arrange an early check-in to accommodate our morning arrival from the U.S., and our Halldis contact Luca was prompt, courteous and very helpful in getting us oriented and settled.
The apartment was in an absolutely perfect central location right off the Campo dei Fiori, walking distance from all the major tourist sites. The neighborhood felt very safe with endless shops and restaurants that are active from early morning to late at night. Despite the lively location, the bedroom (with a very comfortable bed) faces an interior courtyard and is extremely quiet. The layout of the rooms is ideal … great separation for people on different schedules. We loved having the large dining room table to sit at when we were “home.” The living room is small and is a bit awkward for socializing. We had some trouble with the hot water … it would work for a while and then go cold, but we eventually figured out how to reset it while showering to keep it more or less warm all the time. The shower is quite small. The kitchen appears to be well-stocked though honestly we never cooked there with all the food nearby. No microwave oven. The clothes washing machine worked well--no electric dryer but the apartment has a nice big drying rack and the huge windows provide excellent cross-ventilation, so everything dried quickly. The internet was generally strong and consistent--we had just one morning where it went out for a couple of hours. While the apartment says it accommodates 4 people (2 sleeping in the bedroom, 2 in the living room), you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, a privacy issue to consider if planning on 4 people sharing the apartment. We would definitely use Halldis again when traveling to any of their cities. They were quite responsive before and during our trip. The payment process was straightforward and efficient.

und für unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig günstig gelegen, da wir zu Fuss das
Zentrum erreichen konnten.

"Well located studio apt

I stayed four weeks in studio apt 442 and found the apt very well equipped, clean, and central to much of central Paris. It was about
a five minute walk to the Seine, a short walk to Le Marais, about 20 minutes from the Louvre. Much of Paris could be seen without using
the metro or buses. The location was obviously its major advantage; its biggest fault was that the bedroom is in the loft
and the loft ceiling is very low so that anyone of more than average height has to duck while walking in the loft area. The agency rep, Alessandro,
was extremely helpful in setting up the internet (which is not wireless) and the cable TV/remote. He was easy to reach by cellphone."
