This charming 55 sq.mt apartment, furnished with taste, opens up directly onto a spacious living area, with two different spaces. In front of the entrance is a glass table for 4/6 people while on the left is the relaxing area with a comfortable couch, an armchair, 3 bookcases and a designer lamp. Facing the couch are a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a DGT decoder. A French window with an electric curtain leads out to a balcony overlooking the sea. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and complete with all necessities including a traditional oven, a microwave oven and a large fridge with freezer.
A double bed and a large closet/storage room are located on a mezzanine level reachable via a staircase with handrail. The bathroom has a particularly spacious stall shower.
The apartment is fitted with parquet flooring (living room) and smooth natural stone flooring (bathroom and kitchen).
Area
The apartment is located 100 metres from the seafront, in a neighbourhood famous for its monumental palaces dating back to the Fascist era and its spectacular view on the city and the antique harbour: this is the ideal path for a stroll or for jogging.
A sandy beach open the whole year is at just a 5 minutes’ walk.
In the vicinity are supermarkets, pharmacies, laundries, food shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, an Irish pub and two cinemas.
Public transport
Various bus lines lead to the city center and to the other areas of Bari. The stops are in Corso Sonnino and on the seafront (both at 50 metres).
Parking
There are many private parking garages with daily or long term prices in Corso Sonnino and in Via Dalmazia.
