Sunny, silent, newly decorated in 2008 in a modern Italian designer style, this 75sq.mt apartment is cosy and functional, and an ideal accommodation for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Bari albeit away from its most crowded areas.
The front door opens onto a large living room which flaunts ample windows along an entire wall, shedding in plenty of sunlight and looking out onto lovely facades dating back to the Liberty and Romanic periods. To the right of the living room, furnished with a charming bookcase, a period table, a glass-top dining table and a comfortable queen size sofa bed, is the modern separate kitchen, fully equipped with all utilities including a large fridge with separate freezer, both a regular and a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. The kitchen in turn leads into a small but perfectly fitted laundry room, complete with washing machine, washbasin and independent boiler.
A hallway from the living room leads into the sleeping area, staring with a small room acting as the changing-room or large walk-in closet, and proceeding towards the double bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, a writing desk and a chest of drawers. It is also at a mere 200mt from the Murattiano area, with its elegant stores, restaurants and offices, and within a short walking distance from the famous Bari beachfront promenade.
The Old City, with its characteristic alleys and its typical restaurants and bars, is at less than 5 minutes’ walking distance.
