In the vicinity there are a lot of churches and monuments, such as the popular Collegio di Spagna, dating back to 1300, and the historical neighbourhood of Porta Saragozza, with its typical restaurants and bars.
At about 100 metres is the well-known Via Farini, the most exclusive shopping street of Bologna, rich in boutiques and shops.
Even though the apartment is found in Bologna city center, the apartment is located closet o a small supermarket, to a lovely food store and to a lot of useful shops (pharmacies, newsagent’s and much more).
