A large foyer fitted with a design bookcase leads directly to the living room, furnished with a lovely glass table for 6 people, a comfortable couch, a LCD TV (40”) with DVD player and a large bookcase. This room, moreover, leads out onto a private 20 sq.mt terrace overlooking an arcade of the famous Palazzo Bentivoglio, belonging to the family who ruled Bologna in the 15th Century.
The apartment includes also a functional and modern kitchen corner, fully equipped and complete with oven and dishwasher, enlightened by a window which still preserves the original coloured glass.
An anteroom with a large closet and a washing machine leads to the sleeping area, including a modern bathroom with a glass stall shower and two bedrooms, both very quiet and cosy. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second one offers twin beds (which can be joined and used as a double bed) and a beautiful built-in closet with sliding doors.
Area
Located in the heart of the city centre, a few steps from the university area of Via Zamboni, the apartment can also be reached by car from the near Via Irnerio. There is a car parking in Piazza VIII Agosto. In the close vicinity (a few minutes by foot) is Via Indipendenza, the main street of Bologna, Piazza Maggiore and the two Towers.
Public transport
Various buses stop in Via Irnerio and in Via Indipendenza.
