This quiet and bright apartment opens up onto a foyer which, beyond an arch, leads to the living room, complete with a single sofa bed (queen size), an LCD TV and a beautiful stone fireplace (still functioning). On the other side of the room is the dining area, including an extendable table which can seat up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen corner, while the whole environment is enlightened by two French windows leading out onto two wrought-iron balconies overlooking Via Marsala.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom fitted with parquet flooring and furnished with twin beds (which can be joined and used as a double bed), a bookcase, a large closet with sliding doors and a window overlooking the inner courtyard: the room is therefore very quiet even though the apartment is located in the city center. Next to the bedroom is located the bathroom with a brick stall shower.

The apartment is located in Bologna historical center, where you find Piazza Maggiore (with San Petronio’s Church, one of the biggest churches in the world, the D’Accursio Building, the Morandi Museum, The city`s Art collections, the Re Enzo Building, and The Civic Museum), Piazza Nettuno (With Giambologna’s Fountain and the ex Stock Exchange now transformed into the Public multimedia Library) and the Two Towers (built in 1100).It is the real heart of the city, full of charming alleys with characteristic spice markets, pubs, restaurants, trendy clubs and typical and historical boutiques.
