The apartment is located in the popular Via Costa, in an area between the historical Via Saragozza and Casalecchio di Reno, at the foot of te green hills surrounding the city. The neighbourhood is a residential area for Bolognese families, with a large park at just 100 mts. from the apartment.
In the vicinity is also the famous San Luca’s portico (the longest in the world) and Dall'Ara Stadium, while at a few hundred meters is Maggiore hospital.
At a few steps from the apartment there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants and different kinds of shops, as well as banks and pharmacies.

Various buses stop in Via Costa transitano and lead to the historical center and to Maggiore hospital.
