The most fascinating corner of the house is the intimate terrace, directly overlooking the arcades of the famous Bentivoglio palace, once belonging to the homonymous family ruling Bologna in the 15th Century. It can be accessed both from the kitchen and from the living room.
Even thug the apartment is located in a strategical position, in the heart of Bologna and at a few steps from the most lively and characteristic streets of the city, the apartment orientation (its windows overlook the inner courtyard) make the whole apartment very quiet and cozy.
Area
Located in the heart of the city centre, a few steps from the university area of Via Zamboni, the apartment can also be reached by car from the near Via Irnerio. There is a car parking in Piazza VIII Agosto. In the close vicinity (a few minutes by foot) is Via Indipendenza, the main street of Bologna, Piazza Maggiore and the two Towers.
Public transport
Various buses stop in Via Irnerio and in Via Indipendenza.
