Entirely renovated in March 2006, this third floor (no elevator) studio is nestled in the tranquillity of a "pedestrians only" area, surrounded by the romantic atmosphere of yonder years. Perfect for a single occupant, or one couple, the studio offers a day area with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a double bed hidden behind a wall acting as separator, and a bathroom with shower stall.
Smack in the middle of a lively area, the studio is in the university district, close to all kinds of clubs, restaurants and night life, as well as to all major shopping destinations of the centre.

A key area where you find Piazza Maggiore (with San Petronio`s Church, one of the biggest churches in the world, the D`Accursio Building, the Morandi Museum, The city`s Art collections, the Re Enzo Building, and The Civic Museum), Piazza Nettuno (With Giambologna`s Fountain and the ex Stock Exchange now tranformed into the Public multimedia Library) and the Two Towers (built in 1100).It is the real heart of the city, full of charming alleys with characteristic spice markets, pubs, restaurants, trendy clubs and typical and historical boutiques.
