This 90 sq.mt apartment opens up directly onto the living room, which is furnished with a table for 6 people, a relax area with two couches and TV, a little balcony that faces directly the square with an amazing lake-view, and a fully equipped kitchen corner.
The night area includes a double bedroom with two single beds, a large closet, a dresser and an armchair, and one single room with a closet and a desk. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Lecco, city praised for its beauties by Alessandro Manzoni in his masterpiece “I Promessi Sposi”, is located between Po Valley and lower Alps.
The monuments of the city are countless: the old Bridge of the Adda, the Medieval Tower seat of the Historical Museum, ruin of a fortress renovated in 1932, the parish of San Nicolò dating back to the 19th Century with a polygon bell tower 96 metres high, the neoclassic Social Theatre (1844) and the Sanctuary of Madonna della Vittoria.
Sports have always been a peculiarity of its territory, with mountains and lake, and therefore the area is also well known for alpinism and water sports.

The apartment is placed in front of the landing-stage that links Varenna, Bellagio, etc. with Lecco and is 3 minutes by foot far from the railway station.

Free parking space available in the neighbourhood and, from 01/01/2010, possibility to rent a box (in a pedestrian zone, at 3 minutes by foot from the apartment) in Santa Marta compound, at the rate of € 10 per day and € 130 per month.
