This 70 sq.mt apartment, accessible from a balcony overlooking Piazza delle Pallottole, was renovated and refurbished in 2008 with utmost attention to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
The apartment comprises a foyer, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner complete with microwave oven and dishwasher, and a dining table for 4/6 people.
The apartment also includes two double bedroom, both furnished with two single beds (to be joined into doubles upon request) and both with en-suite bathrooms with shower. An extra single bed is located in an open mezzanine area above the living room, where one also finds a small satellite TV.
Area
The apartment is located a few steps from Piazza San Giovanni, known as Piazza del Duomo, with its gorgeous Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, and a few steps from Piazza della Signoria. The area is rich in the typical medieval houses and towers, together with wonderful Renaissance palaces.
The area is very well served, with shops, nightspots and restaurants, easily reachable from the main railway station S.M.N. with the bus lines 14, 32 and 33.
In the vicinity, beyond the famous Piazza della Signoria, there are the Galleria degli Uffizi and the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, where it is possible to see the "Chantoria" by Luca Della Robbia, the Museum of the Bargello, the majestic Basilica in Piazza S. Croce, positioned next to the building which hosts the Central National Library and the Science Museum in Piazza de’ Giudici.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) with free access from 7.30 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. It is possible to park in the private garages near the apartment: the Garage Bargello in Via Ghibellina or the Garage S. Ambrogio, not far away (the cheapest one of the city).
