This bright and functional 30 sq.mt apartment, fitted with Internet connection and parquet flooring, is very quiet because it overlooks the inner courtyard of the building.
The apartment opens up directly onto the day area, complete with table for 2 people and with a fully equipped kitchen corner with traditional oven.
The sleeping area, separated by a wooden sliding door, includes a double bedroom with a double bed, a dresser, a chair and an en-suite bathroom with stall shower and washing machine.

The apartment is located in the inner courtyard of a building in a residential area between the shopping streets of Corso Vercelli and Viale Papiniano, with a supermarket at 400 metres in Via Washington, where other shops are found. A beker and a bar are at 200 metres and a fitness centre is at 180 metres (Via Cimarosa), while a tennis center is at 250 metres (Via Caboto).

Public transport

The apartment is located at 450 metres from the metro stop Wagner (Red Line), which leads in 3 stops to Cadorna (where there is the Malpensa Express train) and in 7 stops to Piazza Duomo.
At 350 metres is the tram stop of the lines 16 and 29/30. The bus line 61, which leads to San Babila, stops at 250 metres in Via Cimarosa.

Parking

The closest private parking garage is at 200 metres in Via Soresina.
