Large, bright and sunny 160 sq.mt apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, and located on the second floor of a modern building (with elevator) in a peaceful residential area of the Zara neighbourhood, surrounded by quiet, green courtyards. Very spacious albeit cosy and inviting, and elegantly furnished, the apartment presents its guests with a large day area comprising a wide living room complete with one comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table for 6/8 people, and a French window leading out onto the larger of the two balconies, running along the building facade. A hallway leads to the sleeping area and to the separate eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher, a dining table and its own French window which, together with the windows in the bathrooms, leads out onto the second balcony.
The sleeping area consists in two identical master bedrooms, both with double beds and large closets, as well as French windows leading out onto the living room balcony. The third bedroom, with its own access to the same balcony, has two single beds dressed as a day bed, a perfect camouflage for a spare room to be used as either a study or bedroom. Of the two bathrooms, accessible from the hallway, one offers a stall shower whilst the other a bathtub.
Area
The apartment is well served by means of transport, with the close by 90 ands 91 bus line (with routes going around the entire city), and close to the yello subway line (Zara and Maciacchini) and the tram lines 11, 7 and 5, which go to different parts of the city centre.
Comfortable for reaching the Ospedale Maggiore and the tangenziale for the autostrade.
