This sunny 65sq.mt apartment, furnished with taste in Parisian style, opens up onto corridor which leads to all the rooms of the house. Towards the end of the corridor is the entire day area, which presents a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, modern and comfortable and complete with all necessities including both a traditional and combo microwave-grill oven and a dishwasher, which communicates with the living room via an opening which frames a breakfast bar with wooden bar stools, adding charm to the room and allowing for quick and informal meals. The living room itself is very spacious, whilst its immense double-glazed windows shed in plenty of sunlight which gleams on the light coloured walls. Divided into sitting area and dining area, with the first characterised by a lovely antique fireplace (for decoration only and not to be used), the room is furnished on one side with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a large flat screen tv, and to the other side with a dining table for 6 and a lovely side piece.
A solid wood door to one end of the living room opens up into a guest bedroom, charmingly designed with a cosy couch facing the large window and under a mezzanine level on which lies the bed (140X180 cm). The master bedroom is closer to the front entrance, and well separated from the day area, and offers a double bed (160X200) and a large built-in closet with mirror panels. Its window overlooks the internal courtyard, adding silence to privacy. The bathroom, facing the master bedroom on the other side of the corridor, is fitted with a lovely stall shower.

Area
The apartment is located in the very heart of the lovely Saint-Germain neighbourhood, a few steps from the famous church of Saint Germain des Prés and from the Latin Quarter, respectively in the 5 arrondissement and 6 arrondissement. The main streets of this neighbourhood are boulevard St Germain, which runs parallel to the River Seine, and rue de Rennes, which goes from Place de St Germain des Prés to Tour Montparnasse.
St Germain is known world wide for having been the chosen lieu of an entire literary class, and numerous neighbourhood places still today maintain the aura if yonder years: the super packed Café de Flore (facing the church of St Germain des Prés) is probably the most famous of these cafés.
The narrow streets and alleys around Place St Germain des Prés are always vibrant and lively all day long, and at night time crowded with Jazz lovers attracted by all the local bars offering live music.
For shopaholics the close by rue du Four is a must see, as is the elegant and famous Bon Marché, historically the first Parisian department store, divided into two buildings: one for high end clothes and accessories, the other for gourmet food from all over the world.
Public transport
The closest Metro stations are within a 5 minute walk, Saint-Sulpice or Saint-Germain des Prés (line 4), whilst within 10 minutes’ walking distance is Sévres-Babylone (lines 10 and 12).
The immediate neighbourhood is also well served by numerous bus lines: 39, 70, 84, 86, 87, 95.
