Cozy, silent and very sunny, this 50sq.mt apartment offers the perfect environment even for long stays, with its practical layout which fully separates the day area from the night area. The entrance to the apartment opens onto a small foyer to the right of which is the day area: a large niche houses the modern and fully equipped semi separate kitchen, complete with all necessities including a dishwasher, a microwave oven and most kitchen appliances, which would be completely separate from the adjacent living room were it not for a large opening which overlooks into the living room and at the base of which a breakfast bar has been created, with stools for fast meals on the living room side. The living room itself is very bright and sunny and comfortably spacious, and offers a large double sofa bed (160cm wide) facing a coffee table, a chaise longue, a TV corner with DVD player, and a round dining table with 4 chairs. Undoubtedly noteworthy is the bow window at the end of the room, with its three sides, which represents an uncommon design for a window in Paris and allows for plenty of light to flood in, as well as permitting to overlook onto the Square below.
The sleeping area is to the left of the entrance foyer, where one finds the double bedroom at the end of the hall, complete with its double bed (160 cm wide), sitting corner and bookcase and decorated in warm colours, preceded by the bathroom, fitted with wash basin and bathtub with overhead shower. The toilet is separate, as in many French houses, and right before the bathroom by the kitchen.
