Though in the heart of a fun and central area, it location in the inner court makes this apartment as silent as a country house, with the benefit of a pristine address.
The entrance opens directly into the living room, where a large L-shaped couch creates a cosy atmosphere, facing a coffee table and the flat screen TV in a corner, as well as converting into a double sofa bed (140cm wide) for extra guests. The dining corner is under the wooden staircase leading up the upper level and presents a table for 4, while the fully equipped separate kitchen is to one side, complete with all necessities including a dishwasher, a regular oven and microwave oven, a large fridge, and most cooking appliances.

It is at a 2 minute walking distance from the Picasso Museum and the Place des Vosges (Vosges` square), the construction of which was requested by King Henri IV at the beginning of the 17th century, in a brick and stone architecture unique in Paris, with an homogeneous square design and lovely arcades.
