This 60sq.mt apartment offers the perfect solution for families or friends wishing to enjoy Paris to the full, or for professionals coming to work for short or long periods: a very quiet and sunny environment, being on the 7th floor in an inner court and overlooking nothing but open sky and Paris rooftops; a practical layout, with two double bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area with kitchen; and a fun and modern atmosphere, with select unique items of furniture and coloured touches to liven an apartment which stands in such a “serious” and prestigious area.
The living room, to the left of the entrance, makes guests feel right at home in a cosy environment where a large decorative fire place, facing the single sofa bed (not foldout or pullout but a day bed), characterizes the room adding warmth and charm; a TV in the corner by the fire place adds to the relaxing atmosphere, whilst the large window flaunts a panoramic, postcard view. The sleeping area consists in two double bedrooms, the first of which to the right of the entrance, separated from the rest of the house, with a double bed (140cm wide) and large built-in closets, and the second to the left of the entrance, by the living room, acting as an extra day area/study or second bedroom, with its double bed (140cm wide) decorated with cushions and its writing desk by the window. The bathroom is at one end of the house, by the dining area, and offers a washbasin and shower on one side, and a toilet on the other, with a door for additional privacy between the two.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the lovely Saint-Germain neighbourhood, a few steps from the famous church of Saint Germain des Prés and from the Latin Quarter, respectively in the 5 arrondissement and 6 arrondissement. The main streets of this neighbourhood are boulevard St Germain, which runs parallel to the River Seine, and rue de Rennes, which goes from Place de St Germain des Prés to Tour Montparnasse.
St Germain is known world wide for having been the chosen lieu of an entire literary class, and numerous neighbourhood places still today maintain the aura if yonder years: the super packed Café de Flore (facing the church of St Germain des Prés) is probably the most famous of these cafés.
The narrow streets and alleys around Place St Germain des Prés are always vibrant and lively all day long, and at night time crowded with Jazz lovers attracted by all the local bars offering live music.
For shopaholics the close by rue du Four is a must see, as is the elegant and famous Bon Marché, historically the first Parisian department store, divided into two buildings: one for high end clothes and accessories, the other for gourmet food from all over the world.
