The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement, in a chic neighbourhood, close to the Eiffel Tower, to the Trocadero and to various museums, shops and restaurants.
The area is located in the vicinity of the Champs de Mars, whose name derives from the Roman “Campo Marzio” (hence from Mars, the Roman God of War). The garden was realized by order of Louis XV, who decided to a field right there for military maneuvers. Between 1908 and 1920 it was turned into a garden. The garden is about 1 Km long and about 220 metres wide. It is divided into flowerbeds where there are arches, cascades, a pond and large promenades.
For golf lovers the Golf du Paris Country Club is at 6,9Km from the house.
