The entrance to the apartment leads into the main room, with a living area furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a small table for 2, and a night area offering a large double bed (160x190). To one side of the room is the small but conveniently separate kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities including a microwave oven, and a small table.
The bathroom has a bathtub with hand held shower, a basin, and a toilet.
The apartment is located in a very pleasant street, full of shops, typical restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is in the heart of the Marais in the 3ème arrondissement, close to the Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, the Isle Saint Louis, the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges, built by Henry IV at the beginning of the 1600s and constructed in a particular brick and stone manner found only in Paris. The closest subway is Filles du Calvaire (line 8).
The Marais is a typically bourgeois neighbourhood which covers areas of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, on the Rive Droite of Paris (right bank of the Seine).
Most of the buildings in this district are very old. It partly explains the very small streets. This area is full of tales from the past. It is very rich thanks to its historical background and its location. It has been a key part of Paris since almost the very foundation of the city itself.
