This bright 95 sq.mt apartment, completely renovated in 2008 and fitted with parquet flooring and air conditioning, offers a day area including a spacious living room furnished with a double sofa bed, armchairs and a coffee table, and a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, complete with a table for 4 people, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven.
A corridor leads to the night area, comprising a double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined and used as a king sized bed). The bathroom is very spacious and fitted with a bathtub with overhead shower.
The windows of the apartment and the roof terrace, accessible from a small staircase, allow to enjoy a spectacular view of the city.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of Rome, both for travellers and for businessmen. This part of Via Merulana is located in front of San Giovanni's Basilica, first priory of the Pope, close to the Coliseum and behind Colle Oppio (where the Domus area, Nerone’s villa, is found). In the vicinity are also Piazza Vittorio, Via Cavour, Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Termini railway Station.
Public transport
Different bus lines stop close to the property, leading to the city center and Termini Station. The closest metro stops are Manzoni (400 metres) and San Giovanni (600 metres).
