The sleeping area offers a sober double bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a French window leading out onto a small terrace. The bathroom, quite spacious and modern, is fitted with a stall shower.

The apartment is located in one of the smartest areas of Rome: at 300 metres from the apartment, going along Via Trionfale and reaching Circonvallazione Clodia, is the Court of appeals. At a few steps from the heart of Prati neighbourhood, a well-known shopping area, it is possible to reach in a few minutes by foot the Vatican and the Musei Vaticani. The Stadio Olimpico and the Coni sports centre are at a few bus stops from the apartment.
Public transport
The apartment is located at a few steps from “Cipro” and “Ottaviano” metro stops (line A). In the vicinity of the apartment are located a lot of bus stops, leading to the major points of interest of the city.

It is possible to park in Via Trionfale.
