Description
Spacious, well designed and furnished with excellent taste, this 75 sq.m. apartment comfortably welcomes and hosts up to four people.
From the entrance, itself furnished with a library for comfortable storage and neatness, a hall leads to all the rooms. At the end of the hall is the main room, a large living room with a wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta flooring, furnished with two couches (of which one turns into a double bed), a fire place and a dining corner with a large wooden table for 6. The separate kitchen, to the left of the hall just before entering the living room, is a charming modern kitchen with functional and capacious cabinets, fully equipped and well designed, though not large enough to eat in.
To the right of the hall is the bedroom, a spacious yet cosy room with a double bed and large built-in closet and matching chest of drawers. En-suite to the bedroom is the bathroom, offering a wide stall shower.
The apartment comes complete with, among other things, independent gas heating, air conditioning, and a fixed phone line for receiving incoming calls or making local phone calls.
Area
The apartment is located in the Monti neighbourhood, one of the most up and coming areas of the capital. The neighbourhood offers plenty of restaurants, bars, music lounges where Jazz is played, wine bars, and all sorts of shops.
Ideal for both tourists and business travellers, the position is strategic: between Via Nazionale and Via Cavour, within a few steps one finds the Foro di Traiano, Piazza Venezia, and the Colosseo.
Public transport
Within a short walking distance is the subway stop line B, Cavour and Colosseo; within 600m is the central Termini Train Station, with metro subway lines A and B and trains for all over Italy and for the two airports; the bus terminals are also at Termini Railway Station; from Via Nazionale and Via Cavour several buses go straight to the historical centre (direction Termini).
