This 60 sq.mt apartment, fitted with terracotta flooring, opens up onto a large corridor which leads, on the right, to a semi eat-in kitchen, fully equipped and complete with a small table for 2 people and with a window overlooking the courtyard of the building. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with bathtub while at the end of the corridor is the living room, furnished essentially but complete with a single sofa bed, a table, a bookcase and a stereophonic system.
The double bedroom includes a double bed, an antique dresser and a closet.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of Rome, both for travellers and for businessmen, close to Via Merulana, where San Giovanni's Basilica is located, first priory of the Pope, close to the Coliseum and behind Colle Oppio (where the Domus area, Nerone’s villa, is found). In the vicinity are also Piazza Vittorio, Via Cavour, Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Termini railway Station.
Public transport
Different bus lines stop close to the property, leading to the city center and Termini Station. The closest metro stop is Manzoni, at 100 meters.
