Description
The apartment opens directly onto a large living room, with a regular couch and a double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, and a large French window which leads out onto a lovely terrace with a gorgeous view of the city rooftops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts including a dishwasher.
A corridor separates the day area from the night area, where the bedroom offers a king size bed facing another French window to access the terrace. The bathroom, at the end of the corridor, has both shower and bathtub.
The building, historical and in excellent conditions, is located in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods of Rome, Ponte Parione, in the Chiesa Nuova area.

The apartment is completely immersed in the trendy atmosphere of Rome, located in the heart of the historical center of Rome, in a borough of great historical and artistic value, directly two steps away from some of the most gorgeous squares of Rome such as Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona and Piazza Farnese, where the French embassy is. We also are two steps from the Vatican, situated just across the river.
The area always has a vibrant feel and is a beautiful and elegant way to be right in the heart of the centre and the fulcrum of Rome by night.
Within a few metres are 2 supermarkets.
By day, on Campo de' Fiori, one of the world’s most famous outdoor food markets takes place. The entire area is full of outdoor trattorias, restaurants and bars.
Two steps away, the ancient Piazza Navona, in the heart of Rome, a popular spot for people to hang out and admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings and fountains. In brief, all the major sites of archaeological and historic interest of Rome are at walking distance from the apartment.
On the other side of the river, across the bridge, you can easily walk to Trastevere, the old artistic Roman borough, where the night life is joyful and the restaurants exquisite.
Public transport
Buses from Corso Vittorio Emanuele to all over the city. Metro at San Peter. San Peter train station on the other side of the bridge.
From Termini main station:
By public means: take the bus direction Vatican, exit on Corso Vittorio Emanuele at Chiesa Nuova place.
From Fiumicino international airport:
By public means: take the train to Termini station.
By car: the flat os located in the ZTL zone (Limited access) .
Go on the GRA (Gran Raccordo Annulare), exit #27 (EUR-Columbo). Straight on on via Columbo until you reach largo delle Terme di Caracalla. Straight on on via Terme di Caracalla direction Circo Massimo arriving at piazza porta Capena. Again straight on by via dei Cerchi until you reach the river Tevere. Turn right along the river until you reach Garibaldi bridge just after the Tibertina island. Turn right (ZTL zone) on via Arenula for 200 meters until largo Argentina. Follow direction piazza Venezia, take the first left to reach corso Vittorio Emanuele. Turn left direction Vatican and turn left in front of piazza Chiesa Nuova. It is advised to park in zone.
Parking
ZTL (Limited Access Zone). No access to cars between 8am to 6pm. Meter parking in the street.
