Description
This elegant and modern 80 sq.mt apartment, fitted with wooden flooring, opens up onto a small foyer leading directly to the living room, where a comfortable angular single sofa bed offers the possibility to spend relaxing moments watching TV, placed in front of it on a modern table, or reading a book thank to the light coming from a large window. The only other piece of furniture of the room is a closet with etched-glass sliding doors. A corridor leads to the dining room, where a table for 6 people and a lamp create a minimalist but cosy atmosphere, and where a French window leads out onto a small balcony overlooking Corso Regina Margherita. Next to the dining room is a fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with microwave oven and with a table for 2 people, making it possible to use the kitchen also for quick brunches without using the dining room.
In the corridor, between the dining room and the living room, is the double bedroom, functionally furnished with a double bed and a dresser. This room also offers a gorgeous picture of the popular Paolo Leonardo, which colours contrast with the white walls of the environment. The bathroom is located close top the entrance door and is fitted with bathtub; in front of it is a laundry room and a small box room.
Area
Located in Turin city centre, the apartment is found in Via Tarino, close to Corso San Maurizio and Piazza Vittorio, to Collina area and to the Parco del Valentino, to enjoy the green areas Turin can offer. In the vicinity are also the so-called “murazzi”, ex goods warehouses, which have now become a meeting point thanks to the various nightspots and pubs where to drink or enjoy a night along the River Po.
Within a short distance are the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of Turin, whose height of 167.5 meters towers over the city, containing the now famous Museum of the Cinema (absolutely not to be missed); the National University Library; the museum of the Italian Risorgimento and the Egyptian Museum of Turin, one of the world’s most important collections after that in Cairo.
Parking
The apartment is located in the blue area. There is the possibility to obtain an abbonement (60,00 euros per 3 months).
