Description
This cosy 65 sq.mt apartment opens up onto a foyer leading to all the rooms of the house. The living room, on the left, is furnished with a lovely red leather double sofa bed, contrasting with the intense blue of the walls: an original choice of colours which creates a pleasant and lively atmosphere. The separate eat-in kitchen, at the end of the corridor on the right, is fully equipped and complete with a dishwasher and a table for 4 people. The light and warm colours of the room and the French window leading out onto a balcony make it particularly bright. Next to the kitchen there is a small room used as laundry room or pantry, fitted with washing machine, clotheshorse and wall units.
The sleeping area offers a double bed, located on the right of the foyer and furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a dresser and a closet with sliding doors, which permits top ut away the guests’ personal belongings. The bathroom, in front of the bedroom, is fitted with a stall shower.
Area
The apartment is located in Corso Francia, an important street of Turin, and it overlooks Piazza Rivoli, a very strategic position: taking two different directions it is possible to reach Piazza Statuto and all the surrounding shopping streets, such as Via Garibaldi, or, past Corso Trapani, the commercial area of San Paolo; moreover, going along Corso Francia it is possible to reach the lovely city of Rivoli, dominated by its castle.
In a few minutes by public transport is the city centre, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa, respectively first and second most important railway station in Turin. Parallel to Corso Francia is Corso Regina Margherita, representing an additional connection with the city center and with the ring roads and highways leading to Milan, Aosta and the Piedmont valleys.
