Studio of 45 sq.mt. for 4 guests, located on the ground floor of a complex with café, wellness area, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor play areas, just a short distance from the center of Gressoney Saint Jean and the Weissmatten slopes of the Monterosa Ski area.
This apartment, located on the ground floor, is made up of an open space and a bathroom.
Entering, a small hallway gives access to the open space. On the right is a table for 4 guests in front of the kitchenette, equipped with induction burners, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave combo, kettle, and toaster.
On the right, beyond the dining table, there is the sleeping area, furnished with a double sofa bed, and a 50” TV.
On the opposite side of the room there is a bunk bed and a large wardrobe.
To the left of the entrance is a bathroom without windows, equipped with a shower.
The apartment also has a walk-in closet, located between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The apartment is brightened by the French door which opens up onto the common garden.
The apartment is located in the Halldis Gressoney Complex, a short walk from the center of Gressoney Saint Jean, and provides its guests with a café, wellness area, fitness center, an indoor and outdoor play area with water games, and a laundry room.
Access to the wellness and fitness areas is not included in the price but packages can be purchased on-site.
