The apartment has enough light and is quiet, since the windows overlook an internal courtyard. The apartment is in the Esquilino, a neighborhood located in the centre of Rome, full of history and art. The most ethnic district of central Rome, it retains the elegant architecture of the Umbertino period dating back to end of the '800, the only surviving example in Rome.
Art lovers will be spoiled by the choice: the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the most important Roman church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, which was founded in the fifth century by the Empress Eudoxia to give worthy housing to a precious relic: the chain that imprisoned St. Peter's body in Jerusalem; the National Roman Museum and the Domus Aurea, located on the Oppio hill.
The nearby Monti neighborhood is also a place to discover, consisting of narrow medieval streets and hidden alleys, alternative shops and trendy bars.

Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.

The apartment has enough light and is quiet, since the windows overlook an internal courtyard. Entering the house, there is a small hallway. On your left you will find the kitchen and a small corridor leading to the bathroom, the bedroom and the living room.

Very good communication, we found the place easily. A very nice and warm welcome, thank you Vita! The apartment is very clean. It has everything you need. The washing machine and the two toilets are a big plus. The apartment is very quiet, on the second floor. The building is located in an inner courtyard. The view is of the neighboring terraces, but there is actually something romantic about it. Wi-fi was very good. We have had no problems with water or electricity. The sofa bed is a little weird to sleep on, but not uncomfortable.It might be a good idea to replace the sofa with two single beds, which can be used as seating if there are only two guests, but will provide good comfort when the guests are 4. There is enough space for that. The area is quiet, even after 11pm, the apartment is 4 minutes walk from Santa Maria Maggiore.There are very convenient metro, bus, tram connections on the same street. 3-4 blocks from Termini Station. There was a summer cinema in the park next door. I would happily recommend it to friends. Thank you!
