The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

This functional apartment of about 50sqm, characterized by a classic style that gives the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere, opens onto a wide corridor that leads to the various rooms of the house

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in

- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.

I always choose this apartment when in Rome! You can find everything around it: 3 metro lines, bus & tram for what concerns transportation; but you'll be so central that you can enjoy walking through the sunny days in Rome to easily reach Monti, Colosseo, Santa Maria Maggiore, Pigneto, San Lorenzo, Termini station... Or, you can enjoy the local life of Esquilino full of nice bars and restaurants, supermarket and other facilities. Last but not least, the wonderful WIP gym is just around the corner if you wanna train during your roman days.

This is simply a great apartment: clean, spacious, calm and central. the property is typical palazzo a ringhiera; the neighbors are full of restaurants and bars and services (supermarket, post office, hospital, pharmacy, gym,...); 3 metro lines at walking distance.
