Lovely 55 sqm apartment with a large sunny terrace located on Viale Regina Margherita, which is about 2 km long and goes through Trieste, Salario and Nomentano districts. It was inaugurated on May 24th 1932 by Benito Mussolini.
The area is mainly residential with a supermarket (at 5 min, on Via Arno), a pharmacy and the main facilities, all located within very easy walking distance.
At 500 meters you find the zoo and both Villa Borghese park and its museum; strategically close to La Sapienza, Luiss university and Umberto I Hospital (Policlinico Umberto I).
In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach Santa Maria Addolorata church.

Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- The renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Included in the price: Utilities included (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets provided, condominium fees, and agency fees.
