The Trieste neighbourhood is to the north of the Rome city centre, in a residential area offering all the most important services (within walking distance), such as supermarket (at 5 minutes, in Via Arno) and pharmacy. At 500 meters is the zoo, the exclusive park and the museum of Villa Borghese.
‘La Sapienza’ University, Luiss university and the Umberto I hospital are also in the vicinity.
Main points of interest in the area:
- the Coppedè district, a small area in Liberty-eclectic style centred on Piazza Buenos Aires, designed by the architect Gino Coppedè. The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

- The renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.

Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
