GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200

ARRIVAL:
Standard arrival time: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
From 20:00 there is an extra charge of € 40.00 cash on the spot, after 24.00 € 50 to be paid on the spot.
Departure between 07:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details

DOCUMENTS:
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

HOST TAX:
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the sojourn tax according to the municipal rules: Sojourn tax of 6,00€ per person per night, for the first 10 nights of stay only for those over 10 years old

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.

Extra bed (upon request): 100.00€
Table seat (on request): 25.00€
Baby crib (upon request): 50.00€
Arrival after standard time (mandatory): after 20.00 € 40.00 cash on the spot, after 24.00 € 50 to be paid on the spot.
Tourist tax (mandatory): 6,00€ per person per day for those over 10 years old.

FINAL CLEANING:
To be paid with the rental price and before arrival:
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €90,00
- Final cleaning (on request) if accompanied by domestic pets: € 40,00

UTILITIES:
To be paid with the rental price and before arrival:(Mandatory) for Reservations for a period longer than 30 days(29 nights) € 90,00/month

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Pas de pénalité si l'annulation est faite jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée.
- 100% du prix de la location si l'annulation est faite entre 6 jours et le jour d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
