This lovely four room, 100 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor (with two elevators) and consists in an openspace with living room, diningroom and kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property opens onto the day area. The building was built in 1949 and designed by the Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlights its brightness and modernism. The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery and crockery for eight people and a comfortable table with eight chairs. The apartment has a large utility room where the washing machine is located.

- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in

- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 5,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)

A clean, big and well equipped modern apartment with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The apt. was as described, in a safe neighborhood, a little challenging if you arrive by car, but there are several parking garages in the vicinity. The apt. is an approximatively ten minute walk from Termini station and the nearest metro station, some main sights are reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. Neighborhood with quite a few restaurants, coffee bars...etc. When we moved in, Francesco patiently gave us all the necessary information and explanations concerning the apt. We would not hesitate to stay there again next time in Rome.
