The second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed (100cm x 190cm) which can be made up into a double bed and a bedside table and a large wardrobe. There is a wardrobe in the small hallway that leads to the bathroom.

The two bathrooms have sanitary facilities and a shower cabin.
Cuisine
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery, and crockery for six people. A beautiful dining table with six chairs completes the living area.
Séjour
The living room is furnished with two sofas of which one is a sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and wall-mounted television.

- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 5,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)
