The Trastevere Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) operates during the following hours:
Daytime ZTL: Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (excluding public holidays)

Ideal for a short stay for work or for fully enjoying the capital’s many attractions, the apartment is perfect for a couple, a single person with a child, or even a longer stay for work or study purposes. The square , like the entire neighborhood is a lively hub of Roman nightlife, popular with both locals and tourists, and a vibrant meeting place for people of all ages and nationalities. Having a coffee at the historic Bar San Calisto is an absolute must.. Upon entering, you will find an open-plan living space featuring a sitting area with a pouf that converts into a single bed (190 cm × 80 cm), and a window overlooking the charming Via della Fonte d’Olio. The kitchenette and a dining table with two chairs complete the living area. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which has a height of 1.55 meters and features a double bed (190 cm × 140 cm).

- Parties are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- The property may not be occupied by more adults and children than specified in the reservation. Please do not invite unregistered guests into the apartment.
- All guests must respect the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activities.
- The renter must be at least 18 years old. Guests under this age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted inside the property.
- The renter is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept a charge on their credit card in the event of damage during their stay. In case of damage or issues, please contact us immediately so we can address them right away.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.
DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including their ID or passport number, and to forward this information to the local authorities.
TOURIST TAX:
- Halldis is required to collect the tourist tax from guests in accordance with municipal regulations: A tourist tax of €6.00 per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional fee of €72 for the contract registration process. We will handle obtaining the tax ID number for the guest.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional fee of €72 for the contract registration process. It is not always possible to obtain a tax code. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of enrollment in a master’s program or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security Deposit
- Halldis is required to request that guests pay a security deposit of €200 for bookings of less than 30 days (29 nights) and €1,000 for bookings of more than 30 days (29 nights).

To be paid with the rental fee and prior to arrival:

Final cleaning (upon request) if accompanied by pets: €40.00.
UTILITIES:
