Entering the apartment after having crossed the garden and climbed two flights of stairs, you arrive at the entrance of the apartment which overlooks the shared terrace also with the other unit.
Entering the apartment we find a table for 4 people, the TV area and a single sofa bed with two seats.
Then we have the open kitchen set up with a fridge, freezer, four-burner hob and oven.
The living area has access to a second private terrace, complete with table for 4 people and comfortable deck chairsand leads to the large bedroom with double bed, 4-door wardrobe and bedside tables.
Then we find the very spacious bathroom with window, with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Finally we have a large closet with laundry area.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot.
After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Hallds is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: € 1 per day per person; for a maximun of 14 days of stay; minor under 14 years of age are exempt.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request. - Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
