ARRIVAL:
Standard arrival time: from 15:00 onwards.
Early check in on request (if possible) with an extra cost of €50
Check out between 00:00 and 10:00.
Late check out on request (if possible) with an extra cost of €50
Please contact the contact person at least three days before arrival to agree on check-in details.

DOCUMENTS:
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal data, including identity card or passport, and to transmit them to the local authorities.

TOURIST TAX:
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of €3 per person per night, for the first 4 nights of stay only for those over 14 years of age

TERMS FOR BOOKINGS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
A security deposit of €1000 may apply.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior authorization.
- All guests must abide by a good neighborly policy and not engage in illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property.
- Guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided if any damage occurs during the stay. In the event of damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, please call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Pas de pénalité si l'annulation est faite jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée.
- 100% du prix de la location si l'annulation est faite entre 6 jours et le jour d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
