The table can accommodate up to six people, and the living area, illuminated by large windows, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and equipped with a 43" Smart TV.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a private bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Inside the bedroom, there is a staircase that allows access to the upper floor, where the room is communicating.
In the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a window, with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The apartment has a private terrace furnished with tables and chairs.
The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building.
Private parking spaces are available upon request.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures to avoid wasting energy.
There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed.

If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
A security deposit of €1000 may apply.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior authorization.
- All guests must abide by a good neighborly policy and not engage in illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property.
- Guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided if any damage occurs during the stay. In the event of damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, please call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.

Highly recommended!
We were a group of seven and stayed for two nights in two apartments next to each other. We were warmly welcomed by two lovely members of staff, who showed us around upon arrival.
The apartments were fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including kitchen utensils, chargers, hairdryers and air conditioning. They were cozy, spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated in 2023. The service was impeccable throughout our stay.
We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary mineral water, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine in each apartment, as well as the flexibility of an early check-in and late check-out.
The apartments also include parking and are ideally located in the centre of Como, within a short walking distance of both the train station and the lake.
One thing worth mentioning is that renovation work is currently taking place in the neighbouring building, which shares a wall with the property. As a result, there can be some construction noise on weekdays.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend these apartments!

We had two apartments and both were spotlessly clean, nicely designed (exposed stone walls, sleek furnishings), and comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The apartments felt very secure and safe, and they were very quiet. The location is perfect: 10 minutes walk to train station, even shorter walk to ferry, dozens of great restaurants and shops in immediate area. The host was so friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.
