The table can accommodate up to six people, and the living area with a sofa is equipped with a 43" Smart TV.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a window overlooking the internal patio. In the corridor, there is a bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds,a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet, and toilet.
The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building.
Private parking spaces are available upon request.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures in order to avoid wasting energy.
There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed.

If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
A security deposit of €1000 may apply.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior authorization.
- All guests must abide by a good neighborly policy and not engage in illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property.
- Guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided if any damage occurs during the stay. In the event of damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, please call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.

The apartment is very well located, right in the centre of Como. Walking distance to all the restaurants, cafés and shops. We had coffee most morning just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment itself is modern, looks recently renovated, was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. It has good air conditioning, lift, parking, water pressure, comfortable beds, and security. The staff provided excellent service, and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very professional service and a lovely stay.

This place was everything as described close to the lake and restaurants, we felt very safe. The check in process was seamless and hassle free. The appartment was super clean and clutter free. The only thing we noticed that the kitchen was lacking a toaster…that would have been very useful. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent place for 4 people in Como. Super modern, clean, easily accessible and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and water pressure was great! Very close to the city center, it took us less than 10 minutes to get to all our stops (harbor, funicular, restaurants etc). The hosts were excellent, communicative and friendly, and actually met us for check in to explain how the apartment worked. Neighborhood felt very safe.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Es liegt sehr zentral und hat sogar einen Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin war immer super zu erreichen und der Aufenthalt konnte flexibel gestaltet werden. Es ist voll ausgestattet, sehr modern eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Wir können dies nur weiterempfehlen.
