This modern and bright 65 sq.mt apartment, fitted with parquet flooring and air conditioning in the living room, opens up onto a corridor with a small walk-in closet on the left, leading to the day area, furnished with a comfortable couch, a TV corner, a dining table for 2 people, a fully equipped hideaway kitchen corner complete with dishwasher and the access to a furnished terrace overlooking the inner courtyard of the building.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
