Sites touristiques
The area of Corso di Porta Romana is made particularly attractive by the proximity of various places of interest. Furthermore, being close to the Crocetta underground station, it enjoys a strategic position that allows you to reach the main places of interest in a short time. In particular, the following are easily reachable from the apartment on foot or by public transport: - the Duomo of Milan, symbol of the city, and Piazza della Scala, home of the homonymous theatre; - the Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento, which host various permanent and temporary exhibitions and displays throughout the year; - the Prada Foundation, an institution dedicated to contemporary art and culture which presents two exhibitions each year created by internationally renowned contemporary artists; - the Rotonda della Besana, inside which is the church of San Michele ai Nuovi Sepolcri, now used for art exhibitions; - the fashion district (enclosed between via Montenapoleone, via Manzoni, via della Spiga and corso Venezia), where jewellers, boutiques and design and furniture showrooms are concentrated. The area is also made lively and dynamic by the presence of restaurants, trattorias and bars. In particular, we recommend: - Lacerba, an original restaurant-wine bar famous above all for its excellent cocktails and culinary experiments; - Giulio Pane e Ojo, a typical Roman tavern that prefers strong flavors and genuine dishes; - Pizza Am, for an excellent quality Neapolitan pizza; - Osteria dell'Acquabella, where you can taste typical Milanese cuisine in a rustic-modern setting; - GluFree Bakery, for those who want to give up gluten but not excellent cuisine; - Don Juan, to taste the best Argentine cuisine; - Trattoria la Vecchia Guardia, where you can try the typical dishes of the Lombard and Tuscan tradition. Furthermore, the State University and the Court of Milan can be easily reached on foot, and the Bocconi University, one of the most important in Italy, is about 5 minutes away on foot (500 meters)

The flooring is parquet and it is equipped with independent heating and cooling.
Entering you enter the single room in which we find a comfortable French sofa bed, the TV area with a 50-inch smart TV, a table for 2 people, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob and kettle.
In front of the bathroom equipped with washing machine, sink, bidet, toilet and large shower, we find a small closet.
Some renovations to the building's common areas are nearing completion, scheduled for April 2026. However, these renovations will not cause any noise or problems for guests.

- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
