Upon entering we find the living area with a large 4-door wardrobe, a spacious closet, the living area with a 3-seater double sofa bed, 43-inch smart TV, table for 4 people, desk, fridge and freezer.
The living area overlooks a comfortable balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.
The separate kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, fridge and freezer.
In the bedroom we find a large 7-door wardrobe, a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Finally we find the bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower.

If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
