Moreover, right beside the building you find the exclusive Bocconi University, one of the most important universities in Milan. The complex is also home to the SDA Bocconi School of Management. At 750 there is another important Milan’s institute: the IED, the European Institute of Design. Two big parks, the Ravizza Park and the Baravalle Park,are both within very easy walking distance.

- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
