This room has a double exposure, both on Corso di Porta Romana and on Piazzale Medaglie d'Oro, where there are the remains of the Spanish walls, the historic access to the city with Porta Roman, and the headquarters of the Terme di Milano.
To the left of the dining area, there is a large bedroom with a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed with a chest of drawers.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and two televisions, one in the living room, one in the bedroom.

Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.

- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
