The apartment opens onto a bright day area, offering ample views of the garden and comprises a fully-equipped open kitchen (with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), a dining area with a wooden table with 5 chairs, and a relaxation corner featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a pouf, a coffee table, a TV set and some shelves.
From the living room you access the terrace, with views of the garden.
A small anteroom leads into the night area, including:
- a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a closet comprising a roll-out single bed for a further guest
- a bathroom, equipped with a tempered glass and iron shower stall, WC, bidet and basin.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.

Appartamenti un pò datati ma estremamente in ordine, molto caldi nonostante temperature esterne veramente rigidi, in sei o sette minuti si è in centro a piedi ed in 10 (con scarponi ai piedi) si è sulle piste

We enjoyed the apartment and the location very much. We appreciate the value for money overall. Even if simple place have everything we needed and being so comfortable stay.
Location is perfect close to the center of the village but not too busy. On the other side is a step away from cycling routes, skylift and many wonderful place for hiking and having walks.
Eva, the person who manage the apartments is very gentle and responsive. She helped with anything we needed.
Suggestion to improve is to check and update some electrical amenities like the Hoover and the fridge, the mattresses and some doors fix.
Thank you for having us, we will return next year!
