Located on the first floor, the apartment unifies two units into one comfortable living space and offers a modern and inviting atmosphere. It is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
The apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home, and two bathrooms, providing extra comfort and privacy for guests. A washing machine is also available, making the apartment suitable for longer stays.
One of the highlights of the property is the direct access to the large shared terrace, where guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with a table and barbecue, perfect for dining and relaxing outdoors. On the terrace, guests also have access to a small swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and unwinding in the sun.

Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 200€ - 1000€ may be applied
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior authorization
- All guests must respect a good neighborly policy and must not engage in illegal activities
- Respect your neighbors and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided if damage occurs during the stay. If there is any damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules can be penalized by € 200
