This apartment is a perfect combination for those who want to enjoy the city centre of Lipari but sleep well during the night thanks to the quiet street. Apartments is divided into 3 floors. The entrance is from the ground floor where you can find the small room to keep your luggage, washing machine and a bathroom with shower to take off salt and sand after the beach. Then you take the spiral staircase on the second floor where you enter into the small dining room with living room where you can find two single sofa beds. Room has a view from the balcony to the sea and the castle of Lipari. From the dining room you can enter small but functional kitchen with stovetop, microwave oven and fridge with freezer. Taking 3 steps you enter to the second part of the apartment where you have another small sofa bed with a TV and an entrance into sunny terrace furbished to enjoy sea view. This floor includes also the bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Taking again the spiral staircase you enter the second terrace on the roof, which is perfect for taking direct sun.
On the first floor is an independent apartment for 2 people which can be booked together on request.
Apartment is not suitable for kids because of the staircase and the terrace entrance.

ARRIVAL:
Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 22:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot or 50€ after midnight.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Final Cleaning (mandatory): 190.00€

Casa in posizione ottimale per vivere Lipari in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Silenziona ma centrale (Marina Corta).
La casa è molto grande e completa di ogni cosa ( Aria condizionata , Pale al soffisto , WIFI). Le terrazze fronte mare sono meravigliose e permettono di vivere sia il giorno ma , personalmente , le serate in modo ottimale
